01 — Ownership

Who Owns What

All intellectual property rights in and to the ReelCut application — including but not limited to the software code, visual design, user interface, animations, graphics, icons, audio, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Appmint Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a registered software company based in Karnataka, India.

✦ What This Means You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the ReelCut application without our prior written consent.

02 — Trademarks

Brand Protection

The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of Appmint Innovations Pvt. Ltd.:

ReelCut — the application name and word mark.
ReelCut Logo — the play-button circle icon and associated designs.
Appmint Innovations — the company name and brand identity.

These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits our company.

03 — Template Licensing

Template Usage Rights

Video templates provided within the ReelCut app are licensed, not sold. When you use a template to create a video:

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template within the ReelCut app.
You may publish and share the exported videos you create using our templates.
You may NOT extract, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template files themselves.
Templates may not be used to create competing products or template libraries.

⚠ Template Restrictions The template animations, motion designs, and transition effects are proprietary works created by our design team. Extracting or reverse-engineering templates is strictly prohibited.

04 — User Content

Your Creative Rights

ReelCut respects your ownership of the content you create:

You retain full ownership of any photos, videos, and media you import into the app.
Videos you create and export using ReelCut templates are yours to publish, share, and monetize.
We do not claim any ownership rights over user-generated content.
All media processing happens on your device — your content is never uploaded to our servers.

05 — Third-Party Attributions

Third-Party Components

ReelCut utilizes the following third-party services and technologies. Their respective trademarks and copyrights belong to their owners:

Google LLC: Google Sign-In, Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Storage), Google AdMob.
PAG (Portable Animated Graphics): Open-source animation rendering engine used under the MIT License.
Android: Android is a trademark of Google LLC.

Use of these names is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement by their respective owners.

06 — Enforcement

Protecting Our Rights

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials or trademarks, please report it to us.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and attorney's fees, as permitted under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.
